Welcome to Building Innovation AI (package: com.buildinginnovation.app), owned and operated by
Building Innovation Inc. / Unitec USA Design ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application
or website (https://buildingapp.us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Building Innovation AI application on your mobile device
and web browser for your personal or commercial architectural visualization and material estimation purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. AI-Generated Visualizations & Estimation Disclaimer
Building Innovation AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to render realistic visual simulations of PVC wall panels, SPC flooring,
and architectural surfaces in your uploaded room images.
- Visual Approximations: AI-generated renderings and material simulations are provided for visual planning, inspiration, and preliminary estimation only. Actual physical textures, lighting reflections, and installation colors may vary depending on ambient light and manufacturing batches.
- Measurements and Takeoffs: Instant material calculators provide estimated panel counts and surface areas based on standard room dimensions. You are encouraged to verify exact on-site physical measurements before purchasing or cutting materials.
3. Subscriptions, Purchases, and In-App Billing
- Free tier accounts include starter generation credits. Paid subscriptions (Standard, Premium, Luxury) and credit top-ups unlock enhanced high-resolution generation and higher quotas.
- Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store are managed through your respective store account settings and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Google Play and Apple.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
4. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of any photographs you capture or upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide license solely to process,
format, and transform your images as required to deliver the AI visualizer services to you. You agree not to upload content that
is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Account Deletion and Data Management
You may request account and data deletion at any time in-app or via our web deletion portal at
https://buildingapp.us/account-deletion.
6. Standard Apple EULA
For iOS users, this agreement also incorporates Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA),
accessible at Apple Standard EULA.

- Aproximaciones Visuales: Los renders generados son simulaciones referenciales para planificación estética. Los tonos y texturas reales pueden presentar ligeras variaciones según la iluminación ambiental y el lote de fabricación del material.
- Cálculos y Metrajes: Las herramientas de cálculo proporcionan cantidades estimadas de producto y áreas superficiales. Recomendamos verificar medidas físicas exactas en obra antes de cortar e instalar los materiales.
3. Suscripciones y Pagos
- Los planes gratuitos incluyen créditos iniciales. Las suscripciones pagas (Standard, Premium, Luxury) desbloquean mayor resolución y cuotas ampliadas de renderizado.
- Las suscripciones contratadas a través de Google Play o Apple App Store se gestionan desde la configuración de su cuenta en la tienda correspondiente y se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación con 24 horas de antelación.
4. Eliminación de Cuentas
Puede solicitar la eliminación de su cuenta y datos en cualquier momento desde la aplicación o a través de nuestro portal web en
